Mix 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp curd, and 1 tsp honey into a smooth paste. Apply it evenly on clean skin and leave it on for 10–12 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This easy DIY mask helps brighten dull skin, reduce redness, and leave your face looking fresh and clean.

Deep-Clean Herbal Hair Spa (Arappu + Shikakai)

This easy routine is perfect when your hair needs a clean, fresh reset without using shampoo. Mix 2 tbsp shikakai and 1 tbsp arappu with enough warm water to make a smooth paste. Apply it from your scalp to the ends and massage gently. Leave it on for around 7–10 minutes and rinse well. This helps remove extra oil, reduce dandruff, and make hair feel lighter, softer, and healthier.

Jaggery Immunity Drink

This simple drink is great for mornings or whenever you need a gentle boost. Dissolve 1 tsp organic jaggery powder in warm water. Add a pinch of turmeric and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Turmeric‑Jaggery Detox Kadha

This warm kadha is great for days when you want something calming and cleansing. Boil ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp jaggery, a few ginger slices, and some tulsi leaves in a cup of water. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, strain, and enjoy warm. It helps clear the throat, supports natural detox, and boosts overall wellness using simple, everyday ingredients.
